These hot pickles are made using Scotch Bonnet, a fruity and extremely spicy chili pepper from Jamaica in the Caribbean (produced in Kanagawa, pesticide-free).
The vinegar used for the chili can also be used widely as chili vinegar. It is spicier than our hot sauce, and you can really taste the refreshing spiciness and fruitiness that is unique to Scotch bonnet.

It's finely chopped so you can just sprinkle it on curry, hot dogs, pizza, etc.

It also goes well with fried foods. Pour it on fish to make escavitch fish.

A delicious fruity spiciness spreads throughout your mouth!

Pickles will be available in limited quantities.

Scotch bonnets are as spicy as habaneros. Please be careful if you are sensitive to spicy food as they are quite hot.
